If I am denied a K3 visa in future based on the fact that I have a previous cancelled F1 visa which was because I failed to prove the genuineness of the bank statement I produced. It was cancelled as soon it was issued, so there was no chance of travelling to US, will I be able to enter the US ever?

Yes, but remember, you can also file for a waiver for the K-3 to forgive the visa violation. This is done under section 212(d)(3).

You will need to file for an immigrant visa directly and apply for a waiver of the misrepresentation. You will need to show the hardship to the USC spouse.

Never make any misrepresentation to the AMCON or CONOFF. Good luck.
