Do you think both give the same results?

Nope. MSM gives better result if you take the 1000mg 3 times a day, then use MSM gel to lighten, here is the link to the MSM gel, it has potent MSM, green tea, aloe vera, hyaluronic acid, etc. MSM Skin Therapy Cooling Gel 4 oz. Gel For Dry Skin from SOURCE NATURALS (http://vitanetonline.com/description/SN1753/vitamins/MSM-Skin-Therapy-Cooling-Gel/). Use both the pills and cream together to get the best results.

Have you tried it? How many shades you lightened, how long it took to see results?
I have results with glutathione , it gave me pink undertone, it was nice but it is very expensive.

MSM - is a rich source of sulfur and it is used by many to stay healthy..

It also is a preventative for arthritis and even a treatment for it...

Sulfur is brilliant for hair skin and other vital organ mechanism...

I believe sulfur would help people BRIGHTEN their skins and clear it up really well...

But lightening... I don't know !

And if your sulfur allergic and decide to use MSM... then GOD BE WITH YOU !

OKAY so Im Indian. Naturally my skin was dark, but after leaving in the east coast for 10 years, I've become drastically lighter. However, now I live in California and my skin gets darker in the summer and lighter again in the winter.
I had severe acne from stress a year ago, but now its completely gone and so are my acne scars.
Right now I am using l-glutathione 50 mg. I take two tablets a day. I don't digest them whole. I crush it, mix it into a little bit of water, and than drink it.
And I do feel it as made a difference towards my skin. I also take vitamin E, A&D; not so much as most people take though.

Also recently I did research and found out that the supplement ALA (which is a strong antioxidant) increases production of glutathione in the body. So I will soon start taking that as well.

So if you try any of the above methods, let me know the results.
Thankss
