I have replaced the stater and solenoid on my huskee riding mower. I still have no power at the ignition, even while jumping the battery. What could it be?

A few things could be a problem.
Check safety switch under seat. ( grounding is the culprit there. Jump switch tp by pass and try starting. Make sure mower is in neutral/ brake on/set clutch depressed.
The ignition switch could be bad. To check find the feed wire from battery to ignition switch and check for power at back of switch. If not check battery terminals. If so then turn Key check wire from ignition to solenoid. Also check for any in line fuse you could have there
This is pretty much the basic wiring here. It is possible to get a bad solenoid. Try a screw driver and jump the posts to see if there is any change there.
