From this and your previous posts I have to say, it is my professional opinion that I question if you are experienced enough to wire a house. Especially one that big.
I suggest you hire a qualified electrical contractor.

I assume that this is the cinder block home in Mexico. I suggest that you look around at wiring practices use in homes in the area, talk to a couple of electricians in the area, see what materials are available in the area, study up on residential wiring and then hire a contractor. In other words I agree with Stan.

I work everywhere. A Good Electrician can make this very nice, safe and efficient.
No matter where you live you should consider a circuit to each room, another for wall AC if Not Central Air, Water Heater(stub plumbing through roof for Sun heated water), a circuit for the frige, at least 2 circuit for recepticles(no more than 2 recepticles per circuit). Washer, Dryer, Dishwasher. Garage Circuits.
A 3/4 to Garage for future Welder, Kiln,? Power to front Gate, Post lights, Landscape lights(out of the front and back at least), Swimming Pool, Spa, Jacuzzi. 3 and 4 way switching the flood lights from various locations/floors, Bedroom. 3 and 4 way switching of flood lights, If no automation on floods, I like to pull 2 switch legs so each bulb on a twin bulb holder is separate, This allows not only front and rear floods, but left and right side as well.
Then I would run 1 or 2 RG 6's to each location, and 2 Cat 5e or better for telephone and computer, home run all Cat 5? To Office Location, Not Structured Wiring Panel, they are for Monkeys, Also, you don't want your Alarm Board in a Structured Cabinet, as cable, computer or other companies do not need access to your Security. Then you need wiring out of the house for Satellite, Cable, Phone, innercomm to the front gate.
Then if you use Cameras, A Cat 5e from Router to Multiswitch or Main Cable splitter so cameras can be viewed on Computer Local and remotely, but Modulated and inserted with your Sat, so you can see on your TV, Not Just the Computer, You can insert so some/all rooms cannot see on TV but You, your choice.
You May consider Coax(s) for Communications?
Good Luck, I feel like I forgot something?

I forgot to mention Whole house Audio/ Video/ Audio/Video Server, if office is at far end of house, maybe a Wireless access point. Automation and lighting control is a whole area in itself, I would consider a Central Vacuum system.
