The 1515 that I have will not mow while in reverse.. blades shut off when put into reverse, it does not have a " run safe" feature on the ignition switch. Is there a way to have the blades continue to turn when in reverse?
Thanks,
Chuck

It's a safety switch that stops that from cutting in reverse as you probably know. Apparently we were cavemen mowing grass in the old days backing over cliffs, or drinking too much beer to back up and cut the yard toys up we don't see. I never saw a tree that moved so I could cut the grass..
It was really the law suits that created most of this. So in light of that can't tell you exactly how to disarm that.
I did know someone that flipped a commercial mower and it kept running and fell on him and killed him. Where was that safety feature?
Sorry it seems back wards here in safety switches and where is that other safety...
