I'm planning on getting married when my fiancé gets home from Korea in a few months. I'm confused as to how to go about getting married. I want to get married in a courthouse. We will need to apply for our marriage license, can I do that at any courthouse in my county? (I live in California) Annd also, what about getting married by the judge, do I have to make an appointment for that? Thanks for any help. :D I'm hoping this is going to be as easy and quick as possible.

[I probably make very little sense, I'm just so jittery and am trying to get a million things done at once!]

Go down to the courthouse in your county and see what they're requirements are. It varies from place to place.

There's nothing wrong with getting married at the courthouse. Congratulations! Hope everything works out for you
