Does anyone have any idea where I will be able to find a simple chart or table of some kind to see exactly what the differences are between the various types of Christianity, including Baptist, Evangelical, Methodist, Orthodox etc.

I am a Christian but am intrigued as to see the exact differences between the different types.

If any one can help me that would be fantastic. I've had a look at a few sites but they don't really help! I want like a table where it states similarites and differences or something like that.

Thank you! 1

Here's (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Christianity) a good place to start.

I will just add that there are a dozen types of Baptist, several types of Methodist and about 10 types of Orthodox, And we throw in there about 6 types of Lutherans and so on

Here are some links that directly address your question:

BTW
I don't think that Jesus would classify what was produced by the apostasy that came after the apostles died as types of Christianity. I think he would reject all identification with it. Not the sincere individuals, however, who have placed faith in his sacrifice-but the various teachings which deviate in certain doctrinal areas or those which go completely contrary to what he ands his apostles taught.
