If I pled guilty in criminal court for embezzlement and now being sued in civil court, will my husband be responsible? Will they take our home?

You need to ask your attorney the difference in you pleading guilty and you pleading no contest. Have him explain the difference to you and plead accordingly. If you plead no contest the civil suit is handled differently.
