Why is this a Chemistry question?
To convert Yards to Meters multiply:
105 yds X 0.91 = 95.55 meters.

Let me google that for you: "convert 105 yards into meters" (http://www.lmgtfy.com/?q=convert+105+yards+into+meters)
Both yards and meters are measures of length in different systems of measurement. You need to find a conversion factor (donf gave it to you) to convert from one system to the other. There isn't a "solution" that you can study.
This is simple mathematics (you learned to cancel in the third or fourth grade).
Yards \,\times\, \frac {Meters}{Yards} = Meters
Meters \,\div\, \frac {Meters}{Yards} = Yards
