My 1991 Civic DX is slowly draining the battery. I have replaced the alternator and the battery however if it sits for more than a couple of days the battery drains and the car will not start. One unusual thing, that may orf may not be related, is the passenger seatbelt alarm is having problems and will sometimes run when no one is in the car.

Any clues as to what is causing the drain would be appreciated?
