I saw this human figure on the bed beside me. It was black and it was just lying there looking at the ceiling. I didn't see it with my eyes, but I was wearing my glasses and when I looked in the corner of my glasses I saw it. I was frozen. I was almost dead of the shock. I figured if I don't run away soon, Bad things will happen. So I got up slowly. And ran away as fast as I could to my sister,s room. What an adventure!

What do you think it was, it was black, it had no hair. I think it was a male. There was nothing on the bed so it couldn't have been something else. It had a human figure and it was curving its back.

* The bed was shaking too. It normally doesn't.t . If it shakes usually, that night I have a bad dream.*

I.m still shocked. I can.t go to the bathroom. Plase help so that I can live like a person again. Thank you.

Your bed shakes when you are going to have a bad dream?
I'd be more concerned about what's going on with that. Could be the two are tied in together and you just never noticed the figure before.

I am going to give you sites on lucid dreaming, sleep paralysis, old hag, shadow people and extra terrestrial abductions.
Please get back to us and let us know what of these best fits what you are experiencing.

It sounds as though you was having a very vivid dream, sort of half awake, half asleep. Did you go back to bed this morning after having been up and fallen asleep again, or was this on waking up from going to bed last night? It does matter as certain times of the day you can have very vivid dreams and been in a certain kind of sleep state which you can feel like there's someone in your room, your name being called or in another room entirely, all this is dream, sleep state related.

The bed shaking is probably your fear, the bed probably isn't literally shaking, but fear creates tense muscles which in turn makes it feel like your moving or what you lying or sitting on is, believe me I know as I have muscle tension myself and I can be convinced the floor is moving sometimes!

That is one of the reasons I take calcium, magnesium, vitamin D3 and potassium before I go to bed.

Blimey that's a lot :) does it help though with muscle tension?

Yes, especially the potassium for restless legs and leg cramos. I take 600 mg calcium and 300 mg magnesium and it seems to really help. It takes taking it a few times before you notice a difference,

I have had magnesium before for anxiety, I also had B12 vitamins I think it was or B6, and Potassium, I found one of them didn't suit, think it was the magnesium.

I am going back a while now though, so I may look into it again. Thanks for the tip :)
