Can anyone explain the Field Command under Insert Menu for Microsoft Word XP 2003?

I want to know every elements of Field command, such as (Formula, Address Book, Advance, Auto Num, Auto Num LgL, AutoNumOut, Barcode, Bidi Outline, Compare etc)
