Is there a way for a normal everyday person(like myself) to find out the court date of someone? This is in New Jersey.
I can provide more details if needed.

Not to sound too simplistic, but have you called the court and asked them?

Not yet, since our lovely NJ budget crisis, all court houses are closed today lol. I was curious if there was a way online, guess I'll have to try the phone game tomorrow ha ha

That is really going to vary by court. If they cannot afford to be open today, I tend to doubt that they can afford a regularly updated web presence though.

Yeah, NJ isn't great. I am trying to find out when my fiance's ex is due in court. We got report that he missed his first court date, which would mean the warrant got issued. And we were going to see if we could find out when his next court appearance is

Hello R:
If he missed his first, there won't be a second scheduled until they capture his absconding a$$.

Rome, try the county that would have jurisdiction for the case.
There often allow you to search court records online through a website.

Thanks guys and gals. Ex, I thought that was the case. The whole thing seems sketchy to me because his dad(who tells my fiancé and I he no longer speaks to him) got a call from the county saying he didn't show up for court. I was under the impression they only call the person who posted bail for him to inform him that they won't be getting the money back. Then his dad said he sent his son's girlfriend a text telling him about it and all his girlfriend replied was "he's cured, he's found God and redeemed himself through God"

Not necessarily. It could be lazy cops looking to bust him, but though they'd find out if he was there first. I'm sure they googled a doughnut shoppe on the route.

Ha ha! Then would it be wrong of me to call our local fugitive number and tell them where he has been staying?

Well Ex, he has yet to pay child support, tried sending threatening letters from lawyers about custody of the girls, doesn't adhere to the divorce decree and is making my fiance's life a living hell by the way he is doing things.

That sounds pretty personal. Plus, I'd make no judgments on what you did.
