I am trying to find the name of this horror movie about zombies, I know it is like a night of the living dead type of name but all I recall is the woman riding on the motor cycle with her boyfriend and runs into a post and cracks her neck. I know the found this like lab with some stuff to bring her back to life and I believe she stuck metal stuff all into her skin to help stop the other zombies, she was a good one.

But I know the movie have a sequel to it.
