I am 26 yrs old and have irregular periods. Recently me and my husband have started trying for our first child. Is fertilaid for women good for becoming pregnant early. Also does it help regulate periods as well as ovulation. Has anyone used it before?

I have not used Fertilaid myself, but I'm familiar with it.

Let me tell you from personal experience, that you are better off scheduling a pre-conception appointment with your doctor. My husband and I tried to conceive for 18 months (3 losses) and I tried lots of "home remedies" before I would finally see my doctor about this.

If you have irregular periods, you're not ovulating on a 28 - 30 day cycle. I suggest picking up a copy of Taking Charge of Your Fertility by Toni Weschler. Also, pinpointing what issue may have should be determined by a doctor for the best results.
