The carb seems to be overloading and one side has condensation on the intake.Does not seem to have full power. I have checked to see if it getting fire, changed the plugs, replaced all fuel lines and filters to so far. Any suggestions??

Hi,
If you have fuel condensation on one side, I would say you have oicked up a small piece of trash in the inlet needle. The unusual thing about thea carb is that the two throats join and balance just before entering the manifold. It may look as if it is a two barrel carb, but it really is not. The one thing I have found is that today's fuel leaves much to be desired. Cheap fuel filters do not well well and good ones clog because of that.
If you are getting too much fuel, it is not being burned or having its arrival into the carb's circuitry properly controlled.
