I was working at my office today paying bills and noticed my left ring and pinky finger felt like it was going to sleep. So I moved position even though I had not noticed my hand position being odd. The feeling as if I have pins and needles or going to sleep feeling is still there. I am going to wait and see what tomorrow brings but if anyone has any ideas they would be greatly appreciated. I'm guessing that if you work at a computer and are left handed, it could be carpal tunnel or a pinched nerve?

I had this same problem with the same fingers. I do have a few herniated discs in my back and one in my neck.
I went to the Chiropractor and I haven't had problems with it since.
