Ruud 10 seer ac new wire, new capasitor, new fan motor, Hard start kit on unit , & new thermastat The unit starts and runs for about 5 minutes the fan motor stops the compressor kicks on and runs then when the fan stops running it is dead. Help This unit is about 10 years old. Why will it not run??

More than likely something is wired wrong. Look for a wiring diagram on the access door of the outside unit.
