If you don't already, date nights! Just the two of you. No distractions.

I am a female my husband and I are 35&32 we have been married for six years and together 14 total. We have 2&4 year old girl and boy. Just wanted some ideas on little things we can do or say without having sex because we are great in that area when we have a chance to slip away from the kids. Maybe that's why we have been together since college because although our managing family and career we fine time to please each other in that area. I know it's more of the small things that would help us have continuous sparks, however we all know that every relationship has it's ups and downs.

Go for a nice walk on the beach, take each other out for a nice dinner either at an expensive restaurant once in a blue moon or enjoiy something completely random at an unknown small parlour. The key to spontaneously spicing up your marriage is not to plan anything. The less planning the better it is because anything that you do will be more then you expected, the worst that could happen is you can stay home and not do anything.
Go for a walk and then get some delicious icecream or something :)

Nothing beats getting someone to watch the kids and enjoying a quiet evening together
