We have a Proce Pfister 'Classic Series' kitchen faucet and the water pressure is very low. We have replaced several of its cartridges and there has been no appreciable change in the water pressure. What else can we check?

Did you check the aerator.. Remove that (spins out counterclockwise) and clean it well. Run the water without it in place and see if pressure is improved. If necessary, you may need to replace the aerator to restore best flow.
Otherwise, if changing the cartridges did little, try to check that the shutoffs under the sink are open fully and that no other shutoffs are inline in the basement, for example.
Let me know...

Is it with both hot and cold, remove the Aerator turn on the water see if the water flow is good or still low, if it is good clean the Aerator install and check if the flow is Ok, if the water pressure is still low with the Aerator removed the problem will be either the faucet or the angle valves, come back to us and we will tell you what is the next step, Thanks.
