Hello,
I am really hoping that someone can help me. I get my work through my email. I receive an email telling me there is an order available in my area. This email goes out to many people that cover the area. The first one there that clicks on it, gets the work. But by the time I am getting the email showing up it has been 5-10 min. By this time, someone else has already taken the work.
I have AOL, but I opened a Yahoo email today and changed to that as AOL couldn't help me. But it is still taking too long for me to get it. In the email telling me there is an order in my area there is a site that you click on and it takes you to the site to click on the order. In my AOL account this site was not showing up as something that I could just click on, so I had to copy and paste. This also took too long so I opened the Yahoo account. But the other people who do the same work as I do must have a way that their emails are coming through faster than mine and are getting to the work before me.
Can anyone help?? I have lost my way to make a living if I can't get to the work as fast as the others.
As you can see, I don't know a thing about computers. So if someone has an answer for me can you explain it very carefully for me??
Thanks so so much to anyone who can help me.
Lu

If you open a gmail account, and download the gmail notifier, it's pretty fast. You can also change your mail client's preference to check for mail every 1 minute, instead of every 5-10 minutes. What do you use to get your email, just the website, or Outlook, Outlook Express, Thunderbird... Or something else?
