Maybe we don't have a lot of skin lightening products here in the UK. But some of them available here are actually quite good!
Try eBay!

You guys can go into most shops that sell skin lighteners and ask someone over the counter. If they don't sell you because they don't know you, pm me and I can send you to a couple that I buy from.

Its getting quite common actually in the UK, clearly you want to avoid the nasty illigal stuff, but just to name a few, there's PharmaClinix. The Ultimate Unisex Asian Skincare. (http://www.pharmaclinix.com) which is a uk skin lightening store, there's the nur76 skin lightening, there's the high end one just come up Yllume | 100 years of skincare secrets (http://www.yllume.co.uk) which also do skin lightening supplements, there's chanel precision lightening, to name a few! UK's full of it!

Hey!

I've heard good things about Fair & White's exclusive range which comes in blue packaging. I think it's the gel that comes in the tube which is the best. I've personally not tried this.

Remember to patch test this to see if it suits your skin. And sunblock is a must too!
