There was a mystery movie I saw in the late 80's. It started with women being murdered (torn apart) by something. It reminded me a lot of the "sleepy Hollow" movie with Jonny Depp. I'm not sure of the time, but I would guess it was in the early 1800's in Europe. The "something" that was killing the women was a tiger or lion is some type of armor. The bad guy trained the lion/tiger to go out and kill for him.

Do this ring a bell with anyone?

"Sleepy Hollow" pretty much ripped off the basc plot idea of The Hound of the Baskervilles, the sherlocj Holmes tale.
I don't know if this helps---hope so:)

It sounds a lot like Brotherhood of the Wolf (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0237534/), except that's from 2001. So one of the Hound of the Baskervilles outings could indeed be correct.

YES!!

That's it!!

I totally forgot about his Indian friend. Could have sworn it was the mid to late 80's I saw that. Just turned 47, mind is slipping already. Thanks again!
