Hello hopefully someone can help me. Me and my partner have been trying for a baby,my periods are bang on every 35 days never been late.I am now 12 days late.my last period was 3rd may and I was due on on the 6th June.I done a pregnancy test 13th was negative so as I had done it in the day thought might be wrong.so I done another one 14th in morning again negative. I booked doctor appoionment he told me to do another test and also tested me for infections both came back today and no infections but still a negative test result.since last week I have been having lower back pain and abdominal like I do when I'm about to come on but I haven't and I don't really feel like I'm going to either.over the weekend I was feeling bit sick on off throghout the day but mostly at night,today is first day I don't feel as sick,I have not been sick. Been quite tired but nothing major and going to toilet a lot but I'm putting that down to drinking a lot of water.my doc is not being very helpful and I can't understand why there is no period if I'm not pregnant.please please could someone help?? :)

These are symptoms of early pregnancy. But it might be too early to do test. Wait few more days then do test again. I think it takes about 10 days before you get pregnancy hormone in urine.

As the ones I used at the weekend were tesco ones. Sorry one ore thing my breasts don't really feel any different and since mon I have been having a clear discharge not loads just when I wipe after going to the toilet,do you think that maybe that could still mean pregnancy?

I don't know the proper name for hormone but it appears in your wee and blood when you are pregnant. If you were due on 6th I would do the test somewhere on 20th. I think it called predictor (pregnancy test). I am not sure about any other reasons. Have you had smear recently? U can ask anything about pregnancy been there ;)

It is not nessesarry to have sensitive breasts. If discharge is clear and doesn't smell it should be OK

Ah congratulations.I had my smear almost 3 weeks ago now,I spoke with a nurse earlier about my results not that she was much help.she has booked me in with a doctor again for this mon morning she was asking me if when I went mon just gone did he do an internal examination which he didn't.dont suppose you know why she would want to know that as this is why I am booked back in for check up and the internal. When I went on mon he did press on my back and abdominal but it didn't hurt apart from just above my bikini line felt quite uncomfortable.

Did she tell you your smear results? That's a bit unusual to have an internal because missed periods. Try to do a test on sat or Sunday. But when he examined you did he say anything?

I think they don't know what to tell u. it is just my mate was late and they done smear don't know why. Just wait few more days and do pregnancy test again. First wee in tha morning.

To me it sounds that you are pregnant because of the way you describe it. Let me know the results, if that's OK with u. good luck.

have u done another test?hello yes I did another test yesterday morning and still saying not pregnant and trid again this morning still nothing.I have the doctors this morning at 20 past 9 so real nervous about that.if they still are not giving me any answer do I have a right to have a scan as that would put my mind at rest completely then I could finally just know if anything is there or not.also I don't know if its just me or not but my nipples seem bigger and little bit darker than normal??

Hey. What did doctor say? Nipples change during pregnancy. Bigger and darker I can't understand you got all pregnancy symptoms. If you didn't get any results from your gp I think you should insist on having a scan.

But your gp got to refer you for a scan. Or you could make an appointment with midwife in your surgery explain all symptoms she should send you for a scan.

but ur gp got to refer u for a scan. or u could make an appointment with midwife in ur surgery explain all symptoms she should send u for a scan.hiya doc has done another test and get results back today.I asked about scan and my doc said they didn't do them anymore unless pregnant so after I left I rang scan unit and they told me that was rubbish so had to ring doc again and she rang back still telling me it wasn't true so gave her no to ring to clarify and when she rang back she said sorry and she didn't no things had changed again so now she has referred me for a scan prime example of what the doctors are like at my surgery. Done another test this morning in past I have been doing it in container and dipping stick in that way but this morning I went toilet on stick and after 20 sec didn't show anything and I just thought it only going to say negative again and went to go make my bloke lunch and forgot to look at results was only few hours ago I remembered and went to put it in bin and there was a faint positive line. That is not accurate though is it as I left it too long to read or is that what the result was going to do another one in morning same way as I done it this morning and this time stick around waiting for results whick take 2-5 min. I got doc again mon as they want to keep close eye on me and I got to have blood tests then too. Doc also said to test every other day.
