My 5 year old daughter vomited three times over 4-5 days period with no other symptomes like fever, diareha... except some difficulty in swalling and loss of appetite. She is as active and energetic as usual. Vomiting occurred in the middle of the night or the early morning. What might be the reasons?

Could be no reason. But I would take her to doctors to check it
