I have a friend that was brought here when he was 2 and at 18 his ss card exspired. Can he renew or some how become a citizen of the us?

SSN's do not expire. SSN is not relevant to US citizenship. What is his immigration status?

That didn't exspired. He said his papers did. So how does he go about getting the right papers?
