I'm painting a friends daycare center 6,500 sq. feet of walls,no prime, two coats same color as previous paint job, maybe a few hours of spackling and sanding . The owner is buying paint and roller pads I'm paying for everything else, what is a good bid price, or square ft. price?

Hi, shannoncc1976!
Just some questions for you:
Where is the job located, please? Prices will vary because of the location.
Is this an exterior or interior job? Or, maybe a combination of both?
Are the surface areas to be painted perfectly flat or is there any kind of texture?
In what manner is the paint to be applied? Like, by spray or by roller?
Any trim to be painted?
What is the sheen of the paint to be used?
What is the distance that you'll be traveling to go to the job?
Is there any furniture or other things that you'll be expected to move or remove from the walls?
Thanks!
