The Main Question I Want To Know Is Under Either 3 Or 7, Can We Receive Donations And Remain Tax Exempt? An Example Is; We Have A Swap Meet Fundraiser And We Solicited A Donation From A Soft Drink Company. They Were Willing To Give The Donation Until They Found Out That We Are Not A Non-profit Org, And They Were Not Going To Be Able To Write It Off. Other Sources I've Read, Say That Under 501(c) 7 We Can Only Get Revenue From Memebership Fees. We Do Hold Several Fundraisers Throughout The Year, How Would That Affect Our Decision Between 3 Or 7? Any More Information In That Area Would Be Helpful As Well.
