I live in PA. I got behind in my rent so the landlord got a judgement against us ( I have 2 small children) and the constable showed up and evicted us. The landlord told me (that same day) that if I paid what was owed we could get back in. I paid what was owed and now they won't let us back in. They didn't take our belongings. They are giving me 5 days to get our stuff out. Can they do this even if I paid the rent?

The rent was owed still anyway. It seems that he lied to you to get you to pay. He doesn't have to let you back in except to get your stuff. You have been legally evicted... you don't live there anymore.
