What information is shown when right click on drive and click on properties? -
Anything other than 30gb free

Start, settings, control panel, administrative tools, computer management
See what info you have there, see if there is any unallocated space or unknown drive letter

Only thing that shows there is 33GB,how ever while trying to find the hard drive I did somehow managed to come up showing me 33GB and unlocated 120GB,but that still don't make 250GB that I had...

Don't know, about 70gb short?
I would try to copy anything that you may want to save to another location and get a partition software (suggest paragon) and see what information on the drive is avail - may be able to show you more info on the drive and space.
Others may have some ideas but personally would try to get hold of some sort of partition SW and see what it might show
