The same way you evict anyone... give them a written 30 day notice and if they are not gone by the end of that, you go to the court house and file for an eviction. Check with your local court for specifics on both the notice and eviction.

I moved this from Family Law since it doesn't matter who you are trying to evict. As long as they are considered a resident the process is the same.
To find out the specific rules for KY, check the sticky at the top of thios forum or check with your local housing court. But generally, it goes like this:
1) serve the resident with a written notice that you are terminating their tenancy in 30 days and that they must vacate by that date.
2) If they do not leave by the required date, you go to your local housing court and file for an eviction order.
3) The court will issue a summons for a hearing which is then served on the resident. At the hearing, the judge will issue an eviction order with a deadline to vacate. Unless, the resident can somehow convince the judge they shouldn''t be evicted which is unlikely.
4) If they still haven't vacated by the court ordered date, you hire a sheriff to physically remove them.
