Please help! I need some questions answered!
Which best describes Beethhoven... peaceful, well mannered, agreeable, whacko or frail.

And also Who is beethoven trying to kill in one of his symphonies? His father, himself, manarchy his teacher or president?

Thanks!

Hi, brookeleigh!

I did get your private message and yes, I do know a lot about Beethoven.

I would enjoy discussing about him with you!

What sort of reading material about him do you already have, please?

Thanks!

In answer to your question, Beethoven was a combination of all of the attributes that you list. He did have an excellent sense of humor. (You should hear some of his lesser-known pieces that were written as jokes!) We rarely hear those pieces.

After his hearing got worse and worse, he would tend to be more irritable because of his frustration with not being able to hear.

There are parts of his later piano sonatas where he does so much repetition, that he would appear to be trying to hear what he was playing and just being very frustrated in the process.

Thanks!
