I have a hunter all fan/light wall mount control, model # 27186. How do you replace the batteries in ceiling and wall unit once it stops working?

The ceiling receiver has no batteries and runs off the house 120 v feed. If this fan has a wall switch make sure it is turned on. Check at the canopy to see if you have 120v going to the receiver. The handheld transmitter has a cover on the unit that slides open to replace the batteries.

There usually aren't batteries if it is hard wires.
What are the symptons?
Hunter Fan - Ceiling Fans, Air Purifiers, Humidifiers, Thermostats (http://www.hunterfan.com) is good for Hunter parts.
