Is there anything that I can do that will work to make a sunburn heal faster / make it not hurt as much??

If it's fresh sunburn you can take a bowl and put half cool water and half vinager get a washcloth wet with this solution and set on your skin where it is burned and repeat. You should feel that the cloth will get warm as the vinager solution is drawing the heat out of your skin. You could also try a cool bath with some vinager mixed in. Avoid lotions, these will trap the heat in your skin. You could try sun burn oitments with Aloe Vera, however I have found that these contain alcohol and dry out your skin. Hope that helps feel better!

Anything with Aloe Vera. And vitamin E makes it less red and stops the itching and peeling. Moisturize religiously!! And don't go into the sun without an SPF of at least 15 for 3 days

Be careful what type of aloe vera you put on though! It could trap the heat and make it more uncomfortable. Once your able to touch your skin put on lotion and LOTS OF IT!
Take some "advil" but the crappy name brand like shopright brand or berkley and jenson.. and a cool not cold not hot bath or shower will relax it..
