Do you have any volunteering experience?

I've volunteered at an animal shelter, & I worked at a corner store a cple of yrs ago, I'm 16 & haven't had a job for about 2-3 years. I'm currently attending tafe but the course I done isn't what inustry I'm interested in anymore. I'm all kind of mixed up about what I want to do.

You should put down your volunteering. Your only 16 so there wouldn't be that much work history on there. Add references from people whom you've babysat for, a family friend, a teacher, etc.

References do not go on a resume!

Add your education in one section and your skills in another.

Worked for me.

You could also add any awards or honors.

You give out references at the interview, not before. If you list them on the resume, you give permission to the companies to whom you've sent the resume to call the references even before your interview. It's not a good policy, and it's not professional.
