Hello,
I am preparing for GMAT(I am from india) and would like to go to US or UK for higher studies for MBA.My wife currently holds 6months experience in teaching at Indraprastha univ under the Elementary Teaching Program, and would like to know if my wife comes along with me, then what are the possibilities of her doing a job in US? If possible what are the formalities?
Please guide.

If you apply for student visa (F-1), then she will be eligible to apply for dependent visa (F-2), but as a F-2 holder, she won't be eligible for any employment.

Hello,
I would like to know when will she be eligible to work? After the completion of my masters in US? Or when I get a job myself in US? Please be more elaborative.
Also we have relatives in California they have green card, if they sponsor us, then how does our VISA status change? Will that help in getting a job, I mean for my wife?

Regards

It depends on situation, as long as her status depends on you, she won't be eligible for employment, unless she can find a job that the employer is willing to sponsor visa for her such as H-1B.

Your relatives may not be helpful... green card holders can sponsor visas for spouse and children only.
