My boyfriend is going to court on Monday for Custody of his child. The baby was living with him in the last five months because she was living in her country but now she has the custody . The baby who has 2 years old when she comes home says that she hates her mon and that she's crazy.:confused:

His ex wife is a aggressive person and we are scare that she does something to he baby.

My boyfriends has been a good father but she's doing everything she can to make him looks like a bad father.

Last time that we pick up the baby she came to the car and insult me and them call the child attorney saying that he always pick up the baby with different girls ,that he insulted her etc..

On Monday they are going to court to decide who is staying with the girl, I really don't want that the baby stay with him but in case that it happens what can he does to prevent his ex wife aggressive behavior. He really scare of her cause she wants to see him in jail.

What can he does??

If he hasn't done anything wrong, he won't go to jail. And since he has had the child for 5 months, chances are that won't change.

But you don't want him to keep custody then you better come to terms with it now or find a new boyfriend. YOU don't get to decide and if he lets you, shame on him. This is his child. WAY WAY WAY more important that you.
