I keep grinding my teeth and I can't stop it hurts sooo badly I get head aches and sore on my neck mussles I tried getting a mouth piece at night but they are very annoying and when I where them I can't sleep so what are some ways I can stop

I have tried muscle relaxants and hypnosis.

There are some mouth guards that are made of a less rigid plastic; kind of rubbery in fact. This will allow it some room to "give" when you grind and you shouldn't be sore the next morning. Keep in mind, you'll probably chew through them faster than the hard ones.

Let's see - mouth guards, hypnosis, muscle relaxants. I am not aware of any other solutions. (I assume you tried all 3 of these and none of them worked.)
Ask your Dentist.

Stress reduction (if you can)... other than that the only realistic non-pharmacological way to really prevent damage to your teeth is the splint! Avoid drugs if yah can... youll get used to the nightguard so just keep it up

Try putting the night guard in 15-20 minutes before you want to fall asleep. That will get your mouth used to it. Persevere... you WILL get used to it.
You can try yoga, meditation or physical activity (jogging, swimming, etc.) to relax.
The other thing you could try is to find a chiropractor, massage therapist or physiotherapist that is very familiar with TMJ problems. They may be able to help too.
I have worn a night guard now for over 10 yrs and can't get to sleep without it!
If you have an upper night guard, you might want to ask for a lower. The lower ones are sometimes easier to get used to.

I don't know if this makes good dental sense and hopefully Flossie will come back and let us know. When I had some serious problems with tooth grinding and actually broke a molar my Dentist suggested that I chew bubble gum (of all things) for about an hour before bedtime. I guess it tired my jaw muscles out and then I didn't grind.
Haven't thought of that in years and, again, don't know if it's sound advice.

I've never heard of it but it might be worth a try! Make sure it's SUGAR FREE though!
