Hello s:
You're going to need the services of a GOOD lawyer. However, fiancées don't have the same rights as wives do. You MAY not be entitled to anything.

Get a good lawyer. Depending on what state you are in you may legally be considered married even though you never were. Also the factor that the kids were his? Then even while some of the things may or may not be determined to be yours - his kids would be entitled to something best of luck- what state are you in?

Other States recognize common law IF the common law marriage began in a State which DOES recognize it.
Need more info.

Yes, we do. Now if we could only agree on our firm's name. I still think Judykaytee and her friend is good but I realize you think Excon and his friend is good.

No. How about "Excon and one of the women who love him?"
