Hello, I was wondering if anyone could advise me.. I am six days late.. have done a HPT today however it was negative. I have had a little bit of pelvic pain but still no period.. I have been trying for a baby.. and so I'm so sick of seeing only one line :( however.. do you still think I might be pregnant??

Wait another week, retest. Make sure to use first morning urine as it's more accurate, or go get a blood test done.

I agree with Altenweg. Wait another week and take another test.
Blood tests are abolute though so if it's a negative, it's a negative. There's no way for that to be false unless your blood sample is mixed up with others.

Actually, blood tests aren't absolute, you can still get a false negative, it's just less likely then a urine test.

It depends on the type of blood test and when it's administered.
