Can't remember the title of this horror/thriller film I watched like 2 years ago. It's a pretty new film probably came out between 2002 and 2007 or something

The main actress was a blond girl and for some reason is chased by this trucker dude, there's the scene were she is masturbating in her room and the guy comes in with an axe and stuff.

And by the end of the movie the girl learns that her and the trucker are the same person, so she's pretty coo-coo...
