Okay so i dyed my hair last year Dark!
And now I really want it back to my original hair color!
But I had tried to dye it blonder and it turned ORANGE!!
My normal haircolor is like light brown.
i have dyed it a few times since then((normal looking colors)) but nothing is working because it all fades!
and i want to decolor it but my mom told me that it will ruin my hair!
Also I have tried the salon, nothing really is working!
WHAT DO I DO?????

It sounds like your hair has been overprocessed and won't hold color. Even if you dye it again, it'll fade back to pretty close to what it is now. It also sounds like you used bleach to try to lighten the dark hair and that makes it so that color remover will no longer work. The standard way to lighten hair that's been dyed dark is to use color remover (ColorFix, Color Oops) to remove the color but bleach over-oxidizes the artificial pigments and color remover won't get it out.
The only advice I have is to cut it and wait for it to grow out.

Haha, my hair is already to my shoulders!
And also i think it would look just horrible to have half orange hair and half brown!
But thats just me.
Also my mom was thinking I should dye it blonde.....????

Did you try to bleach it when it was dark? You can probably get most of the color out (since bleaching) with color remover (ColorFix, Color Oops, Color Zap, Igora Phantom). If you do that, you can probably dye it light brown. If it's badly damaged and you don't want breakage, leave it alone.
Because you say that you've dyed it many times, I would not suggest going blonde at this stage. That would require color remover, then bleaching and finally toning.
