There is a situation where my child's father has not paid child suppor and he owes a lilttle over $8,000 in back support. I have taken in court several times including abondement court which he was arrested. The judge found him in contempt in April. We have been going back and forth to court since last year in Aug. His wife thinks I'm wrong from bringing him back and forth like this ans she thinks he shouldn't have to take care of his child. Sunday I was arrested at my house for a charge of phone harrasement. His wife went to the court some how and told them I have been harassing them, which was not true. She is doing whatever she can to stop me from continuing to proceed with legal actions against him. Is their anything that can be done. Can I bring up charges against her or anything. I live in GA.

If you were arrested, that means she had to swear an affidavit. That means that if she lied, she has perjured herself and is liable for civil and criminal action to be brought against her.

Hire a lawyer.

Harassment, perjury, falsifying a statement... there are a few different ones and it will be up to your lawyer and the DA to decide what, if any, are relevant here.

This is assuming that you did not, in fact, make harassing phone calls.
