My boy friend is in jail for probation violation without bond and this is his 1st time violating his probation so what's going to happen to him?

Well, what was the original crime, how long has he been on probation
What did he do to violate his probation.
They may merely warn him at court and put him back on probation, they may make him serve part or even all of the original sentence in prison, depends on what he did, how seroius was it, and what is the attitude of the judge
