I Stringer! Thanks for asking! I had a relapse last night after Barbershop Chorus activities. Could hardly walk or drive. Was having a cold sweat.

We had both a performance and a rehearsal later in the evening. I think that the problem was because I was using my arms so much for the performance and I had only had a bowl of cereal for the day.

I also couldn't find my meds for about a week! They turned out to be buried under some things in my truck.
