My neighbor has put a camera pointing directly into my backyard overlooking my pool and gazebo . I have severely autistic adult daughter. Is this legal? What can I do to have it removed

Unfortunately you will find out that this is legal. If you want the camera removed you will have to retain an attorney and try and convince a Judge otherwise. If the camera is located on the neighbor's property they can aim it in any direction. Been there, done that so I know they can do this. Sad, but legal none the less. Or you could erect a higher fence blocking the camera's view.

Hmm... Do you have any idea why they are aiming a camera into your yard? Have you tried talking to your neighbors about it? The whole thing seems like an invasion of privacy and might hold water in court, but chances are your neighbors technically aren't breaking the law so maybe not. You could block the camera with a higher fence, or just put something in the way of its view as long as its on your property.
Try talking to your neighbor first and see if he can move it.

What type of camera, is it merely a security camera that may or may not be recording.

And have you asked them about it.

I am sure there could be certain lights, reflected light or more that can be aimed at the camera to make it not show what is in your yard. Or a higher fence is a option, I built a 10 foot on once between one neighbor and I
