I'm 15 years old and I get the common cold about once or twice a month. I exercise a lot and try to eat healthy. I wash my hands a lot. Is there anything else I can do to prevent from getting sick??

Well, it kind of depends where you live and who you are around on a daily basis. Some people just have weaker immune systems than others. If you live in a place that has a colder climate try dressing warmer or being outside in the cold less. Also pay attention if people around you are also sick a lot, because you might be catching it from them. Also, I've heard this helps; take vitamins daily, especially vitamin c, it helps to boost your immune system.

Are you sure it's a cold? Might also be an allergy. Even if you have never had a problem before, you can develop one. They can sometimes be difficult to tell apart.

As dudevill said, could also be you are more susceptible if you have any other underlying health or immune issues.
