I am no stressed or worried. I took a pregnancy test 2 days ago during the afternoon hours and it read negative. What is going on with me could I very well be pregnant?

I also only have one ovary and as a result I went through premature menopause and began my menopausal symptoms in my late 30's.
I would wait to take another test with first morning urine, even if some types of tests instruct that it is not necessary, you will get a higher concentration of HCg.

Could be pregnant and the test just didn't pick it up yet... might be just an off cycle, it happens even if it has never happened before... could even be an early sign of perimenopause.

Give it another week and try another test if still no period. If still negative, see what happens when your next period would be due then either test again at that time if need be or see your doctor.

Have you gone to the doctor yet? If you have had two negative pregnancy tests then something else could be going on. I would go to the doctor and have a full examination. Good luck.

Could just be an off month or two, but don't rule out pregnancy. Some women never get a positive test, their hcg levels are simply to low to detect.

Doctor is really your best bet a this point, I'd get a blood test done.

Are you under any stress, change in diet, exercise? That can effect your period too.

Good luck.

I know what your going through. I too don't currently have medical insurance. That's really tough. But don't wait too long. It may just be funny hormonal imbalances but at the same time as Altenweg said, pregnancy could be a factor. A lot of clinics and dr.'s offices have can put you on a sliding scale as far as cost goes. And they can't refuse medical service. I would at least get a blood test just to make sure that preganancy isn't the issue. Good luck!

Well this morning I took another pregnancy test and the results are of course negative again!! Still no period and I'm still only cramping just a little and have that light pink spotting but its still not enough to wear a pad or panty liner. I only see it no tissue paper after I go to the bathroom to pee... sorry for the TMI... Still don't know what to think?
