Hi,
We just bought a DW and furnace worker fine, now that we want the AC on, tried it and it doesn't work, checked wiring and found the two line (white & red) had been cut going from unit to under house, we bought more wire and spliced it put through tubing so it wouldn't get cut again, turned on breakers and now neither works.. heat or ac... replaced thermostat inside with a digital one and still no heat or ac. There is current going from unit to outside box with breaker in it. Anyone have any suggestions now? We really do want to get this working and can't afford a tech since my husband hasn't started work till tomorrow. Thanks for anyone that can help!

What brand unit? Check for a blow fuse at your furnace control board.

Hi,
It says Intertherm on the cover of the furnace door (never heard of this one before)
I did open the bottom cover on furnace and it also had 2 breakers in there I flipped them off and then back on. Didn't see a fuse unless it is inside the big square metal box next to where the breakers are. I did take pictures of the wiring on the outside AC unit
