Please tell me what the statute of limitation period is for collecting charge off accounts in Florida?

The statute of limitations on accounts in Florida is 4 years, but debts supported by a contract (written, oral, or mixed) is 5 years. The owner of the debt has that long to collect on the debt or file a lawsuit.

And the SOL is from last activity,
Charge off is merely an accounting term
Next the SOL is only the time frame they can no longer sue in court, hey may attempt other collection activities forever.
